- Contract value is paid by cash or bank transfer to the company's account. If we have a change in the payment account, we will notify the customer in official documents and on the website www.nanakids.vn

 

 POLICY FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS

- Receive all customer complaints related to the use of the company's services.

- Time to settle complaints within a maximum of 03 (three) working days after receiving complaints from customers. In case of force majeure, both parties will negotiate.
